BENTLEY ADVANCED MATERIALS (‘Bentley’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Accordingly, we only collect and process your personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the ‘GDPR’) and the UK’s Data Privacy Bill.
This Privacy Notice sets forth how personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
Who We Are
Bentley is registered in England and Wales under registration number 01351166. Our registered address is at Frederick Road, Hoo Farm Industrial Estate, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 7RA, England. We also act as the data controller when processing your personal data and are therefore registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number Z1850290.
What We Collect
Bentley processes your personal data to enable us to fulfil purchase orders and contracts; buy, sell, promote and advertise our products and services; and maintain necessary legal, accounting and tax records. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your personal data in any way, other than as specified in this notice. Accordingly, we may collect and process the following personal data:
- Information necessary to carry out the fulfilment of your orders, either on our website, in-store, or over the telephone. Generally, this information will consist of your: (i) name; (ii) mailing address; (iii) email address; (iv) telephone number or other contact information; and (iv) and/or other billing information;
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website (www.benam.co.uk). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our website, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services;
- We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;

Bentley takes your privacy very seriously and we only retain your personal data for as long as necessary and for the purposes specified in this notice. The purposes and reasons for processing your personal data are as follows:

However, much of the personal data we process is required for us to provide you with our products and services and we may not be able to offer all our products and services without it

Bentley takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Accordingly, all information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers and encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. How Long We Keep Your Data
Bentley only retains personal data for as long as is necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, tax, and other business obligations and we have enacted review and retention policies to delete personal data when it is no longer required to comply these obligations. Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
