Ease Release 400 is a highly efficient release agent designed to release polyurethane elastomers, Thiokol rubbers, EPDM and other synthetic elastomers from aluminium, chrome, epoxy, polyester, rubber and steel moulds.
Ease Release 400 is easy to apply, fast drying and effective over a broad temperature range from 70°F to 500°F.
Ease Release 400 provides excellent release and surface finish to moulded parts. Ease Release 400 also provides multiple release in many instances. Precise duplication of mould detail and dimension with minimum mould maintenance and down time resulting in greater productivity.
